How to decode a Tag ?

In order to enable accessing to services by the vast majority of users, decoding a Tag can be achieved in two different manners:

• My cell phone has an embedded camera (VGA minimum) :
  1. Launch the application in my cell phone.
  2. Scan/shoot the Tag to have the handset automatically decode the Tag.
  3. My handset connects to the linked service (video, photo, web...).

• My cell phone does not have an embedded camera (or has too low resolution a camera) :
  1. Launch the application in my cell phone.
  2. Type the Tag Number (the digits below the Tag).
  3. My handset connects to the linked service (video, photo, web...).
